Interested in becoming a member of New Life Farm’s very first Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program? We are now accepting members for the 2013 growing season. From late May to early October, members will receive a share of fresh seasonably available vegetables each week, in addition to meat and eggs if the individual member chooses. Availability is low after the little snow storm we had a few days back. Fortunately it is November and here in the High Country, without any type of season extension, growing produce comes to an abrupt halt. However, we will be sending a newsletter with what we have available for the remainder of the fall season and how people can order produce early in the week for either a latter week delivery or pick up.

The Watauga County Farmer’s Market is now open for the season! We will be there every Saturday from 8am to 12pm from May 4th through the end of November this year. Come on out and support us and several other local farmers, bakers, and artists.
